As a young child it has been a dream of mine to be a chef. After studying Hotel and catering for 3 years I relocated to London UK on a working holiday. I returned in April 2008 and decided to make my dream a reality and open my very own catering company and that is how Vernon's Catering started business in November 2008. We been in operation since then and it has been very successful thus far with the grace of God. Vernon's Catering is situated in Durban and we have 15 employees to date. I Vernon, the founder of Vernon's Catering do all of the cooking by myself. I choose to be hands on in my business and I always say that "There is no shortcut to perfection".

We cater for various functions such as: Corporate functions, finger lunches, social gatherings, weddings, birthday parties, bachelor parties, hen parties, funerals, etc.

Our services include:

Lamb on spit, traditional braai, Indian cuisine, snack platters, a variety of desserts and fruit displays, etc.

Function hire, including marquees, chairs, tables, table cloths, overlays, etc.
